No, this is definitely not the case. From the secret terminal on the M1 level Defend This!:

Tycho wasn’t killed, but he was assimilated and, as we’ll later learn, reanimated by the S’pht in Durandal’s image. This is a major difference.

Again, wrong. From the M2 final screen:

Thinking the cargo little more than scrap, the Nar captain sold the Pfhor ship, Leela and all, to a Vylae merchant. The subsequent crash of the Vylae FTL network when Leela was reassembled and reactivated is still legendary in the annals of rampancy, and the Vylae have long since accepted that they will never expunge her from their fifteen-world network.

Note the specific use of the word, “rampancy.” No offence, Tru7h, but for someone with your name, you haven’t exactly done your homework. I found all of this information in less than 5 minutes on the Story website.
