The TI Jugger is definitely one of the coolest monsters introduced in any scenario. Logistically, the original juggers or the ones in Rubicon make more sense - they provide a smaller profile while still packing a wallop, but the super-juggers in TI are by far more intimidating. They also fire a different kind of grenade - much more aerodynamic and overall cooler. We'll later learn something very interesting about how those grenades are guided.

Definitely. We can complain about all the problems with TI, but it was still pioneering for its time.
