They are just common phrases shared with the : bungie.org guys, put together by Mikey-San. btw "Tastes like : burning" is from the Simpsons. : -Hip More specificly, "subliminable" is a word Bush used during that little "GORE=RAT" scandalette that happended during the Presidential campaign. And "DOG NOTE BABE" can be rearranged into "Babe, note dog." I think it's a message to Konoko or Cortana or someone, telling her to keep an eye on Ling-Ling.
