In Response To: M1A1 is screwed up (Gameguy)

The idea behind that comes from a theory started in the Volunteers series here at the Story forums. In the very end of PiD, the player goes through a door and down a long corridor, the end of which he never sees (sorry if I got this wrong, I never finished PiD). I'd say this corridor led outside the pyramid, but it has been suggested that the corridor actually leads to where you start Marathon. You know, with that locked door behind you. It's a rather odd theory, but cool in a way. ;)
