I certainly see your point. Of course, I would like to see marathonrubicon.com come out of stasis ;-) . The main issue is how best to preserve the material (if people think it's useful) and to make it accessible. We could simply create links to the posts here in the Story forum as Hamish has done for the original volunteers series, but inevitably links would break, since URLs are absolute and the posts cannot be modified after the fact. I need a "permanent place" to house the images I will be including in future posts, and I would ideally like to house the original messages, since they would take up little space and would be easier to maintain. If housed on marathonrubicon.com, I would of course expect that there could be editorial control. And in terms of the official site versus the fan site - it's all on the bungie.org server, anyway. The call is yours and Scott's.
