You can't.

As far as I know it is available as .hqx or .gz on Fileball although
there is a Japanese version from 2005 in .zip format that may work.

You can buy apps that will open these files,
but I think you'll need emulation software to run them.

Some o the others here run emulators, I think, and perhaps can help you out.
