I don't use scratch starting when Vidding Marathon though because I think it's stupid. I only use it for playing levels normally, or taking a look at netmaps when I can't start a multiplayer game. Co-op sessions can get around scratch start problems thanks to Irons' script which is necessary if doing M1A1 in co-op. The physics model may be useful for scratch starting for any reason if nothing else, but it's not my cup of tea. The point was that you'd use grenades for any out of reach switch if you had an MA-75, and I'd assume a Vidmaster would be playing from start to finish with Pattern Buffers as I don't believe in that No Saving crap either. Thankfully the No Saving rule is optional so that holds up better.
