My brother tells me that .NET runtime comes as standard with
Windows 8 according to Microsoft so it should be installed though it does
not show up on file searches in the start menu, but Weland will not open
when I double click the EXE file. What the -Blam!- is going on?

EDIT: I've installed the GTK but it's done jack shit: Weland STILL won't run. Should I just download .NET runtime as well just to be safe? because I don't even know if I have it because I can't find it when searching my computer.
