I don't even know what C# is and I know sweet FA about coding, barring some html writing for a personal Marathon site. (one of my own)

I just wanted the editors to make maps and (with my brother's help) sprites and/or models and palette-swaps for the game and a mod or two, not glorified math and physics homework.

But to answer your question, I don't know. Maybe someone else in the forum can tell us because I can't be arsed to find out for myself and don't even know where to begin.
