Aleph One Editors for Windows

Where can I find a decent, user friendly Aleph One map and physics editor for Windows?

I ask because I was planning to make a Pathways into Darkness/Binding of Isaac like Marathon mod with some of Pathways' elements like the crystals and dialog trees as well as terminals.

I asked Narcogen for help but he was only able to find crap Mac OSX ones on Simpl7city and a Marathon 2 95 editor called OBED, basically everything I found on Simpl7city was useless.

Maybe Hamish or even the Bungie staff have an idea? I posted this question on Bungie.net as well but the post was completely ignored as have quite a few of my recent Bungie.net posts :(
