But according to Eternal (which we know is canon) the Jjarro are the human race, somehow, because of time travel and the universe's closure and the big bang folding over each other and cycling in an endless loop or something.

Or do you mean Yrro ia an AI created by the Jarro? It looked like you said the Jarro are a race of AIs, which brings up unanswered questions to how such a race was created.
