As someone who played Marathon, Durandal, and Infinity, I have a lot of sympathy for this theory. However, I also think there's a point where fanfic and canon fanservice overlap, and I think you've landed upon that shore and you've infected the natives with smallpox, my friend. If you catch my drift.
