The Marathon 2 textures are easily my favorite of the three games. They have a stylistic edge over not just the other two games, but over most of the other shooters of that era time. Can you look at a Quake texture and identify the game it came from? "Oh, look at that. Some dirt."

The Marathon 2 lava set door, on the other hand--gorgeous!
