I would assume you can - the final terminal is definitely low enough to SPNKR-jump to, and Invincibility would make it oh-so-much easier.

Interestingly, the Spoiler Guide recommends SPNKR-jumping to the bright alcoves and then jumping to the terminal, but that seems harder, as their transparent edges are positioned at 45-degree angles relative to the room, while the terminal alcove is positioned at a nice 90-degree angle.
