That makes a lot of sense. But then why didn't they have a problem taking the Marathon AIs directly to the Pfhor homeworld? Wouldn't that be even more risky than bringing unconditioned units to the homeworld?

Did Gr'ndl Prime ever cross your mind as a possibility? What's your interpretation of Grn'dl?
