Gr'ndl Prime vs. Pfhor Prime

So, I noticed that in M:Infinity the planet Gr'ndl Prime is mentioned. Based on the context of its use and the use of "prime" in the name it seems to imply that it might be the Pfhor home planet.

However, whenever one of the mods for Marathon mention the Pfhor homeworld they seem to always call it Pfhor Prime.

Does anyone have any insight into this?
