: From my interview with him, which can be found here
: http://www.themarathonmusic.com/interview.html : "Craig: I know its
: quite a while ago, but do you remember what hardware and software was used
: in making the original Marathon midi files?
: Alexander Seropian: Yeah - it was done on a Mac with a Quadrasynth, an old
: Korg Poly61M and an opcode sequencer."
Oh man that is so cool. I don't know much about the Alesis Quadrasynth, but the Korg Poly 61 is an awesome keyboard. It must have been painful to go from the delicious Korg sounds to the... somewhat less delicious tones from QT.
Very nice website by the way, and cool remakes! I was introduced to Marathon music remakes starting around Marathon:Resurrection, and I really like your approach! I might have to try my hand at a couple!
