Durandal's 2nd message on the first terminal and the 2nd S'pht message should both display once you have completed the level and entered the tower. Don't know why you can't get these.
Durandal's Battle Group Seven warning message is actually in the map file but as you point out it's not a terminal in the game but rather a save game terminal.
