I have found the room and the terminal is exposed but not responding to any input.

: Have you opened the door indicated by the coloured arrow?

: If not, said door can be opened by mashing the switch indicated by the second
: coloured arrow. It's accessible via the narrow, plasma-flooded corridor
: down below the stairs/dropoff to the east.

: Opening the door reveals the large chamber to the west,the final room. There
: are six switches to play with and an exit terminal to read when you have
: played with them enough.
