eternal help with unpfhorseen level

Help!! I have finished The Living Receiver Level and I to to Unpfhorseen level the second time and I have died about 40 times. I am completely stuck. I go up the 4 or 5 sets of steps and into the tunnel and drop down. I go forward and hit the switch on the left and I get killed before getting to the tower (running around while waiting for the panels to lower then go to hit the two switches. I can sometimes get the first one but get killed before getting the second one. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong. Any help would be very much appreciated.
