I missed a clue. "Arther Frane, USEC Marathon" This man isn't navy, he's infantry. He's a BOB. This man was the first BOB to send out a transmission. He's saying: We've lost the station. Any ship, we need extraction. Commander Blake, we need orders. Chief Jones... we need a savior. He's calling for three different kinds of help from the three people most qualified to give it. Who's more qualified to save a station full of BOBs than you?
