As the original copyright holders, they can do whatever they want with the stuff they open sourced (aside from revoking the license they already granted us). They just can't use our subsequent contributions without respecting the GPL...not that they'd want to anyway.

If this is based off the M2-win95 or Infinity code, though, I'll be disappointed, since they said they'd release it if they found it.

I don't intend to buy an Xbox, regardless of what comes out. So, I'll still be playing Aleph One in Linux long after all you guys are on XBL :-p
