: I just re-installed Infinity from the Mac Action Sack onto my new iBook G4

Are you sure you have the last version of the Infinity app?
Also, are you playing in OS 9 or classic? That could be the problem, maybe.
What else...? Uhm... delete Infinity's preferences, try again.
