can't help you find a free software... but there are lots of expensive software out there that should do it (not sure) like after effects.. oh oh, you could bye quicktime pro, and then use "ms paint" (or whatever free image manipulating tool...) or Gimp! (free software that's really good, almost as good as photoshop) to edit each frame and use quicktime pro to copy the edited frame back in.

btw, after looking at your website i realized how much i miss sweden... hehe, i LOVE that place! :P
