I believe all of them share the same preferences, but if they don't all you need to do is open your preferences folder and trash all the "Aleph One Preferences" and "org.bungie.source.AlephOneCarbon.plist" files. Then reinstall.

It's not complicated, just a lot of work. ;^)

You can also try a disk utility like Techtool Pro.
