Technically, Resurrection, Rampancy, and Arena might be guilty of copyright infringement in some third-world Fox-controlled banana republic, but Bungie doesn't seem to mind as long as it's done for free and they get a spot in the credits.

And INFESTED is just a Marathon scenario, right? If so, you're completely in the clear and perfectly free to tell that guy from some forum to piss off.
