If you can't download a file and put it in a folder, then we *definitely* can't help you.

Only outdated versions of Marathon require serial numbers. None of the versions on the trilogyrelease site do, and neither does any version of Aleph One.
(Win95 M2 does require them, and officially that's still needed to install the M2 version of Trojan. But that's all they should be needed for now.)
