: spellchecker reminded me how much Bungie's Marathon pervades everyday life

: my spell checker insists the correct spelling of " Oberon " is
: in fact " Nebulon ", and that at the top of every other suggest
: word list is " Thoth ".

: Perhaps I'm the only person who experiences a jolt of weird excitement when
: he sees the word "Marathon" in a BattleStar Galatica SF
: channel ad, or who percieves my local "Television Road" for
: something other than it really is.
: Does anyone else encounter things like in day to day life?

I just read a portion of my history textbook about the greeks, and every thrid word made me think of Marathon. And get chills.
