No, he's referring to a chainletter bit of spam we got last month. It was about this girl who was killed by Satan-worshipping cult members or something, but as she was being killed she made a deal with the devil to kill them too. Part of the deal was that the world has to hear her story, so send the chain letter to X people within Y time or you die too.
Stupid, I know.
