I think remember hearing (I think it was back on alt.games.marathon) that the whole experience of Duality failing was so traumatic for the people at Double Aught that the whole source code was destroyed...from what my fuzzy memory recalls, I think Greg Kirkpatrick printed out the source and burned it as some sort of arcane effigy.

Then again I guess that was just playful hyperbole.
