Much, much worse, yes. And I don't mind ALL vacuum levels. "Long Walk Off a Short Pier" is pretty tolerable, even if you do it the real way and not just go straight to Hell Pfhor You like I always do. Carrol Street Station/You're Wormfood, Dude! are pretty fun challenges (provided you have enough fusion ammo), G4 Sunbathing is also fun, and Eternal's G3 Moontanning isn't bad.

It's just that Code 42 is impossibly awful, although I'd Rather Be a Lutefisk is a very close second. What the freaking hell is up with that level?
