As long as you have sufficient oxygen, they are a snap. Any of the F'lickta can be stand-punched without taking any damage. That is, if you are fighting just one of them. If you have a group of them and have a narrow enough corridor available, line them up and stand-punch them one at a time. If there is no corridor available but sufficient room to move around, slowly circle them while continuously punching your fists. What few punches you get in will accumulate over time and eventually berserk one of the F'lickta. It takes a lot of practice, but is definitely effective when there is no Flechette available.
