There are Mac emulators for PCs out there, but they are all painfully slow and incomplete. The last time I played with one it not only barely ran, but it only emulates old 68000 hardware, not PowerPC.
In my opinion you'd be better off running Aleph One: not only is it a more complete application (support for Open GL, etc.) but it runs at native speed.
