Mac Emu?

I was telling a friend about how I was going to finally see about getting Aleph One running and how it involved using the files from the original Mac versions and whatnot. She said "If you have the original Mac versions, why not just run them on a Mac emulator?"

So not being the most computer saavy person on my block, I just wanna ask: can this be done? Relatively easily?
