Since Pfhorte definitely shows the ammo on the underground floor, I decided to check into this further. I modified the level so that the player begins on a normal poly under the lava near where that ammo should be. And by golly it IS there, just very difficult to see from the Trooper hallway because of the darkness. I was wrong though, it's two AR clips and not two Magnum clips.
