Beyond Aurora uses the standard Infinity shapes file. The only way to see the beautiful Dusk textures is with OpenGL, as texture substitution is done entirely through mml scripting. Therefore, unfortunately Beyond Aurora will not work properly on an older Mac. I know that this is a major issue for some and perhaps someone who has a lot of time will take pitty on you and make a shapes shuttle for the Dusk textures. Short of that, you're out of luck.
