Features that don't require hardware accel, such as no more auto-look forward, higher screen resolutions, Marathon 2 and Inf map support in one application, scripts, auto run/swim, new sounds options, long distance viewing.......

One must make the most of what they have when they don't have it all! :)

Though I do feel there could be a better map sorter, something like a folder hiarchy (spelling?)
