Actually, landscape textures at the dimensions Bungie uses, even the higher-res ones in the "custom" CLUT in Shapes, are already pixellated at resolutions higher than 640x480. I intend to make some higher-res ones for Eternal eventually, cause they look bad up against the hires textures.
