It's a bug in QuickTime causing it to not get played.
(The fix is to change the file type of the "Music" file to "AIFF", but keep the same filename)
I don't know if this is going to be fixed ever (I've had reports from people at WWDC that Aleph One's performance improves a lot in Tiger, but nothing about that).
