Alpha: the start of it all--at least in the colony...

Some great suggestions. A major lighting overhaul was scheduled for the entire scenario but didn't make the deadline. Your suggestions will help me make better decisions though.

Just a note: those of you looking at the physics model with the editor...many things are vastly changed. In fact, I edited the editor to make my job easier-basically changing names of aliens and projectiles. So be forewarned, what you may see can be an illusion unless you have my copy of the marathon physics model editor!
