Eh, just build R. Daneel Olivaw (suitably modified by... what was the other robot's name? Geklish, or something vaguely reminiscent of that?) himself, skipping the army, and have him "influence" those involved to do certain unmentioned things.
Though you should wait till the movie comes out; it may very well be a decent action/thriller/mystery flick. Some of the technology looks pretty nifty.
