The Lh'owon Ar'kives download works for me. I can download it no problems. Just go to the Rubicon Description page and click on the download icon as one normally would. Fileball has no Apple mirrors set for Rubicon that I know of, I just looked at the file administration panel, no mirrors of any kind for Rubicon. How exactly are you attempting to download Rubicon from Fileball that you get dumped to an Apple.com page?
