Many people don't know how to optimize AO to play on a slower computer. By turning off OpenGL, reducing the color depth and the sound quality, AO can run on any computer. Unfortunately, it does not run as well on my Beige G3, but then nothing does anymore. I understand from Speaker-to-Animals that there is a problem with software rendering that should be easy to fix - now someone needs to fix it.
