Interesting choice of words, because I just turned in a hastily assembled short story titled "Literary Masterbation" which followed a kind of similar Idea of writing a story with myself (Tim Branin) as the main character talking to my frequent alter ego and former screen name Alfred Mordeir in a Universe under my complete control. It has nothing to do with Marathon, but if anyone is interested, I'd be more than happy to post it.
