| In Response To: Re: Lh'owon Yard Sale (the Battle Cat) I'm personally inclined to think that the Wasps and Ticks in Marathon 1 served some purpose for the Pfhor, possibly as support units. They'd both be good for investigating air vents or other small, hard to reach places. It seems unlikely that they'd just be pests that migrated from ship to ship, considering their size and the way they helped the Pfhor. I don't think they're sentient either, they've just been trained (which would suggest that they're native to the Pfhor homeworld). I agree that the F'lickta were probably not considered worth the trouble to enslave or eradicate. I don't remember very clearly, but I got the feeling until the events of Marathon 2, there wasn't much contact between the species.
