Actually I always thought of the Wasps and Lookers as ship board vermine that traveled from ship to ship unintentionally by the pfhor, but nevertheless to their own advantage. As for Texans, I think they were also used by the Pfhor as biological weapons. There goals are to infiltrate governments, rise to highest office, lower enviromental standards, sky rock deficits, and declare war on other nations for no apparent reason.
