Personally I find the S'pht's flight very conveniant in level design. Making Human levels, I always feel the need to invent some sort of problem to disrupt the normal operation of things, otherwise the space would be so logically arranged you could just walk straight across the level. With the S'pht, I can build things in a perfectly logical way... for a flying race... and force the player to use conveniant nature rock structures, or areas built for F'lick'ta access, and so forth, to finagle their way to where they need to get to. |
