The Compilers are the pfhor units that have "evolved" under the pfhor control. The device has only little reference. The device has been put on the hulks(drinnoli) and there was some sort of insane revolution. This brings the point that it could give the brain a super boost to functions.
I also remeber something about them coming from flicta(yeti) species.
