So in that pic of them from terminals, the actual organic part is this brown, thing with a kind of anteater mouth? And, in theory, they are born or very soon given various cybernetic implants to make them more powerful/computer adept? I'm assuming that's what they fire their energy blasts from.
Anyway, Bungie gave them quite a cool spin, but it just seems strange that they're so weak each one can't survive without implants.
