Well it all depends on if the light is set to flicker more than 50% bright. More than that then the O2 terminal works, less than that the O2 terminal doesn't. Also the term has to be set to "light dependent", which they usually are in order to preserve the illusion that the term appears to be malfunctioning. The trick is simple, just rapid fire your action key until you hear or see yourself recharging then STOP, you have to be quick. Enough activating and you are bound to hit the term when it is bright enough in it's flicker pattern to be functioning. It doesn't matter if the light flickers back to below 50% as once it starts recharging it will recharge until your air tank is full or until you move. Now I'm thinking the light is 70% to be in activation mode. Gosh I don't remember but you get the idea, the principal is the same.
